Introducing a model composition platform for urban energy and transport systems

To make cities smarter, integration of sub-systems, such as
transport and electricity infrastructures, has to be sought,
using digital techniques to try to minimise the negative effects of peaks. It is necessary to bring data and models together, often collected from or developed by various actors
and stakeholders, and for this purpose a web-based platform
is being developed allowing users to build work ows crossing
the boundaries of these disciplines. In this paper, we show
how this is done by applying it to a case of electric vehicles
and their impact on the electricity grid, and how this can
lead to higher eciency and new digital services.
